In today’s global logistics and supply chain management, where efficiency and safety are paramount, BSTMELT is proud to announce the launch of its latest packaging solution: the WG Polyester Hot Melt Strapping Combo Kits. This release features two specialized specifications: 16mm x 200m with 80 buckles, and 13mm x 250m with 100 buckles.

Traditional cargo bundling often requires the separate procurement of straps, buckles, and tools, which can be cumbersome and lead to mismatched specifications. BSTMELT’s new kits are designed to provide a "ready-to-use" experience for small to medium-sized warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing plants.

The WG Hot Melt Strapping is crafted from high-tenacity polyester filaments bonded with high-performance hot melt adhesive. Compared to traditional steel strapping, it offers superior safety—having no sharp edges to cause injury during tensioning or cutting. Furthermore, its excellent linear tension and the breaking strength of the 16mm variant are more than sufficient to handle the stabilization needs of most palletized goods.
